Return Policy

​Thank you for choosing and shopping with Ngome LifeStyle. We appreciate your business and being part of our growing Tribe! Currently, order processing time is 3-5 business days excluding weekends. We ship 2x a week from our warehouse on Wednesday and Friday. Shipping times are not guaranteed at this time due to COVID19. Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped. Please track your order if not received within 2 weeks. Please note that holiday times as an exception an will be communicated with our Tribe! Please be sure to sign up to our email list for updates!

Please note all discounted and sale orders are final. In the event your order is displeasing, we will happily find a reasonable solution. Simply send us an email with your order number in the subject line to info@ngomelifestyle.com. 

By purchasing from our website you agree to our terms and conditions. Because we retail handmade, handcrafted, and custom clothing orders from the U.S. and Africa, we are unable to accept returns,refunds or exchanges. If an item is defective, you will be given a store credit and/or replace item. You must send a picture of the damage via email within 5 days of receiving your item. Once verified as damaged or defective and if the item is out of stock, we will happily provide a store credit or provide a comparable item at our discretion.

Shipping

  • If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we will reship the order only when the returned package has been received by our shipping department. Reshipping will be paid by the customer, if shipping is not paid for, the item will not ship.

  • We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.

  • We are only able to ship to the address specified during checkout.

  • We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly entered during checkout.

  • If your tracking information that states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.

  • Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a confirmation number for your claim.

  • Ngome Lifestyle reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.

  • Ngome Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason

Tracking Your Order

You are able to track your order by your order number through the appointed shipping method via their tracking system.

Rerouted Orders 

  • Packages are rerouted back to Ngome Lifestyle for reasons including but not limited to: an insufficient/incorrect address or failure to pick up your package from the post office within a reasonable timeframe after home delivery was attempted.

  • *Please note that we do not input addresses ourselves. The address you enter during checkout is the address that prints out on the shipping label. Therefore, please ensure that all addresses are correct, as orders are printed as directed by the customer and cannot be changed after the order is made.

  • If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it again. Please confirm your address at this time. 

  • If you opt to not pay to have your order shipped again, there will be no refund for the initial order. 

  • Starting from the date of our email, you will have THIRTY days to respond, provide a valid address and pay for shipping. After the thirty day period, we are no longer responsible for order fulfillment and there will be no refunds                              

  • PICK UP ORDERS:

  • Local pick up orders will be sent notification for pick up to the SMS or email on file. Order must be picked up within 7 days of notice to pick up from our designated location site.
  • Items not picked up after 14 days without notification to us or alternate delivery option provided and paid for by the customer, Ngome Lifestyle your order will be unfilled. We are not responsible for orders not picked up after 14 days without communication and/or alternate paid delivery option. Please email us at info@ngomelifestyle.com if you forsee in advance any issues with picking up your order within our timeframes or due to extentuating and reasonable cirumstances which are brought to our attention.
